Jack Wolfskin intensifies its efforts in eastern Europe

The German outdoor company has kept its recent promise to become stronger in Russia, by opening up its own subsidiary for the market—Jack Wolfskin Rus Ltd. Simultaneously, the brand opened its first store in Moscow and already has three doors in Saint Petersburg. The Moscow store comes hot on the heels of a recently opened franchise store in Kiev, Ukraine, and the sixth single-brand Polish store in the city of Wroclaw. Additionally, Jack Wolfskin is upping the tempo in three more markets by opening shop-in-shops in partnership with Mountex in Hungary, Sport Virus in Rumania and Sport Depot in Bulgaria.
