With immediate effect, Puma has named Martyn Bowen as its new general manager for Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He succeeds Volfango Bondi, who leaves the sports and lifestyle company at his own request for new business opportunities. 51-year old Bowen is general manager for the EEMEA region that comprises Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. Bowen will remain in this position, which has been merged with EMEA to one business unit to be led by Bowen, who will directly report to Bjørn Gulden, chief executive.
Bowen has been with Puma since 1995 and has held various sales positions, including export manager for Eastern Europe and general manager for the same area and for Austria, respectively.
