The Aerospace Julbo is the first goggle that works both going up and coming down the hill thanks to the innovative SuperFlow ventilation system. This revolutionary goggle was given the ISPO Award 2015 at the ISPO MUNICH and is now available in stores.
Winter sports athletes know Julbo for superior quality goggles, with their self-darkening high-tech lenses being especially popular. With the Aerospace the French brand has developed an innovative product that lives up to the challenges of the mountains.
SuperFlow System for ascent and descent
More and more winter sports athletes are searching out the silence and untracked slopes beyond the lift stations. They are willing to accept long hikes and climb the mountains on skis or splitboards. Almost everything, from splitboards to touring skis to boots and functional clothing, has been adapted to this new off-piste trend. “Apart from ski goggles”, says Product Manager Nicolas Defude. While going uphill the physical effort causes fogging but Julbo’s SuperFlow System is the first goggle suitable for both ascent and descent.
No compromises when it comes to vision
This ingenious system makes it possible to easily pull out the lens, even when wearing gloves. This allows the air to flow for better heat management and prevents fogging when going uphill. Before riding you can simply snap the lens back in place and enjoy all the comfort of a regular goggle. The new system is extremely compact and completely integrated into the frame without committing any compromise between performance and field of vision.
It is an innovation that goggle specialist Julbo is particularly proud of, especially since the Aerospace already won four awards in the sports and outdoor sector, including the ISPO Gold Award 2015.
